I have "bad" feet & always have trouble finding comfortable
shoes. Was nervous about ordering a shoe I couldn't try on,
but they felt great right out of the box & I liked it so
much I immediately ordered another pair in different color.
Look dressy but good for casual too. Totally satisfied with
After getting used to Tom's, I was looking for a simple, low
rise shoe. I got the black on black versions of these. The
craftmanship was a little sloppy, as there was some white
glue smeared on the front and sides of the shoes. However,
it's not that big of a deal to me.I wore size 13 in Toms and
I got a size 12 in these. They were significantly bigger
than my previous Toms, however they fit me well enough.
They're pretty comfortable too.
I ordered a size 8 originally and found it was too large and
had to get a woman's 7 1/2. I ordered a Navy color but it is
not a true navy. It is a powder blue or sky blue. I may not
be keeping the shoes as wanted a dark navy.
This is my son's favorite shoe-I just bought these to
replace the first pair like them-he had for 2 years-and they
are still not worn out-just color not crisp white after
wearing almost daily for 2 years. He says they are so
comfortable and he just loves the look.
I received a similar type of shoe from Kmart about 30 years
ago, and they finally wore out. My kids hid them and then
re-gifted them to me for one Christmas. I got another year
out of them. I've missed those shoes so much. One of my
son's friends had a pair of Vans on and I knew I had found
shoe-love again. I bought these at ShoeBuy 'cause I knew I'd
get a good price. These are great. I figured they would be
listed smaller than they should be so I bought 1 size
larger. I usually wear a 9.5 in dress shoes, so I bought
10.5. Tried them on and I don't even like to take them off
to go to bed. Comfy. Great for going out on the grass and
throwing a dog ball or going to the mailbox down the road.
They've even made it to the local Kroger.I bought the
red/black checkerboard version and my fashionista son (age
30) says "I rock". I'm 60. Maybe I can be buried in them!
